Help & FAQs
How does the game work?
One person plays a personalized Christmas adventure to find their partner. Customize both characters, add your photos and write three memory questions and a personal note.
Can I play before buying?
Yes. Play the demo, or preview your own game from the personalization screen.
How do I save my work?
Your draft saves in the browser as you edit. Use Draft → Export draft to keep a copy with your photos. Reviewing your gift also saves its personalization in your gift bag on this browser.
Can I buy a game now?
Payment setup is in progress. You can personalize, preview and save your game, but checkout cannot charge you yet. The launch price is $19.99 USD.
Who can see photos in a gift?
Anyone holding its recipient link can view its personal content. Keep the private edit link to yourself. New gift drafts are private to your browser session.
What happens to my existing gift?
Existing recipient and private edit links continue to work at their original addresses. Keep using the same browser and device to retain existing gameplay progress.
How do I change or delete an existing gift?
Open the full private edit link provided when the gift was created. Update the gift through its share action, or choose Delete gift in that dialog. Deleting a shared gift leaves the local draft in your browser.
